What you gain by fasting

You can easily see what you can gain by fasting:

  • Weight loss. Lose up to 6 kg for men, up for 5 kg in women in only one fasting week – without feelings of hunger and feeling your very best.
  • Detoxification and Purification. Toxic and waste substances are excreted along with deposits of fat and protein.
  • Decongestion of the connective tissue, prettier skin. The skin becomes firmer and smoother, spots and impurities disappear.
  • Cleansing of the intestines. The intestinal flora and also the stomach can be regenerated by fasting.
  • Strengthening of the immune system. The intestinal cleansing and psychosomatic effects of fasting mean that the body's own defences spring into action.
