The Build-up Days

The three build-up days help the organism to adjust back to nutrition from outside. After fasting, you should not begin to eat immediately; the body needs time, the production of digestive juices needs to get going again.

The reintroduction of solid food begins purposefully slowly:

  • First day. An apple or a carrot; potato soup; buttermilk.
  • Second day. Cereal soup; fresh food salad; buttermilk and fasting bread.
  • Third day. Fresh corn muesli; fresh sauerkraut-apple food; millet-tomato soup; fasting bread.

Breaking the Fast – The Celebration of the Fasting Week

The first intake of solid food is an event. The faster takes a lot of time for this, and eats his apple devoutly and quietly.
